Procedure for incorporating a brand new Limited Company (Tailor made Limited Company)

1. Customers fill in the application form and then faxes or emails to us with Identify Card or Passport copies of
proposed shareholders, directors and company secretaries;

2. Customers will be contacted by us in order to confirm all required information has been provided;

3. We will check the proposed company name with Company Registry whether it is accepted;

4. We will prepare all required documents;

5.   Customers come to our office to sign the documents, or instructs us to send the documents to the designated
      place for their signatures (courier fee should be borne by customers if documents sending outside H.K.), and
      then pays the fees by cheque or cash;

6. We will submit the required documents and fees to Companies Registry for application;

7. Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by the Companies Registry within 5-7 working days;

8. After receiving a Certificate of Incorporation, we will prepare the company kit (Green Box);

9. Customer will be notified to collect the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration and Company Kit
(Green Box);

10. Customers could go to bank to open the bank account with provided minutes and Certified True Copies of all
relevant documents.

Procedure for purchasing of Ready Made Limited Company

1. Customers contact us to get the latest company list and inform us the name of company to be purchased;

2. We will contact the client in order to confirm if the designated company is available

3. Customers fill in the application form and then faxes or emails to us with Identify Card or Passport copies of
proposed shareholders, directors and company secretaries and pay the fee by cheque or cash;

4. We will prepare all required documents

5. Customers come to our office to sign the documents, or instructs us to send the documents to the designated
place for their signatures (courier fee should be borne by the client if documents sending outside H.K.);

6. We will submit all required documents and fees to Companies Registry and Inland Revenue Departement;

7. Customers will be notified to collect the Certificated of Incorporation, Business Registration and company kit
(Green Box).

8. Customers could go to bank to open the bank account with provided minutes and Certified True Copies of all
relevant documents.

Procedure for formation of Partnership or Sole Proprietorship

1. Customer fills in the application form and then faxes or emails to us with Identify Card or Passport copies of
proposed shareholders ;

2. We will prepare all required documents

3.   Customers come to our office to sign the documents, or instructs us to send the documents to the designated
      place for their signatures (courier fee should be borne by the client if documents sending outside H.K.) and pay
      the services fee;

4. We will submit all required documents and fees to Inland Revenue Department;

5. Customer is notified to collect the Business Registration from our office.
