1. Winging-up by the Court
  a) According to <Company Ordinance S.177>, Limited Company can be ordered winging-up by the
    Court. The common reason for this type of  winging-up is its inability to pay its debits.
- Deregistration of Hong Kong Company (Wing-up)  
b) If a company with a debt exceeding HK$5000 fails to pay it or make arrangement with creditor(s)
    which is accepted by them within three weeks of receiving their written demand, then it is deemed
    unable to pay its debts.

Important Information
When we applies for Notice of No Objection to a Company Being Deregistered, you may be requested to submit the Audit report,  Profit tax return, Business Registration fee and annual return. The above charges do not include the above services. They may be charged separately.
Our service fee# includes:  
1. Preparing all deregistration  documents and minutes 
2. Applying for Notice of No Objection to a Company Being Deregistered from Inland Revenue
    Department
3. Company Search  
4. Applying for Deregistration of Limited Company from Company Registry. 
5. Free delivery within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
Remarks: If the application for "Notice of No Objection to a Company Being Deregistered" is
                 unsuccessful, our service fee will NOT be collected.
